There is a choice of two electric fan ovens with true convection for even heat throughout the two gas ovens with the traditional heat zones. |

| The Masterchef hotplate can be powered by natural propane gas, so the responsive nature of gas cooking is available whether you live in town or country. The unit comprises different-function burners, specifically developed to provide different heat ratings and to suit varying pan sizes. A twin flame wokburner supplies very fast heat for stir frying and boiling pasta, the rapid burner gives quick response and a set simmer position. Two semi-rapid burners are included for smaller pans and slower cooking, whilst the long, large central burner can accommodate a fish kettle, or can be used to heat the lift-off Masterchef griddle, for healthy griddling of steaks, vegetables, burgers and fish etc. This non-stick, cast aluminium griddle has flat and ribbed sections with a generous oil/fat catchment area. A stylish splashback for the hotplate is included as standard. As an optional extra a fully ribbed or fully flat griddle can be purchased. |

The Masterchef electric ceramic grill is an extremely advanced high speed unit, offering virtually instant response with none of the delay associated with conventional grills. Thanks to this ground-breaking design, the grill produces an even heat under the entire grill area, with no hot or cold spots, all under your complete control via the full-on and centre only settings.
Two ovens, no limits
The two Masterchef ovens are as large as any cook would wish for, and offer a choice of two electric fan ovens or two gas ovens. Echoing the solidity of a traditional aga range, the doors are cast aluminium - all Masterchef doors are easily removed so that in future, if you wish to change the colour of your Masterchef, it is as simple as slotting in a new set of doors. Specially developed oven linings help keep themselves clean whilst cooking. |

Slow Cooking
The left of the grill is the electric slow cooking oven. This provides truly controllable low temperatures for cooking dishes such as casseroles, curries or créme caramel to perfection, and an ideal way to warm plates and serving dishes.

Cooker Hood
The Masterchef cooker hood (900mm(w) x 490mm(d)) is an option that's practical and good looking with a stainless steel trim to compliment the Masterchef styling, and an integral light. The hood's high specification makes for extremely efficient operation at the touch of a button - via a discreet drop down control panel - and the three removable easy-clean grease filters are dishwasher-safe. (The hood can be ducted or used in recirculation mode).

Splashback / Griddle
The toughened glass, easy-clean splashback adds a touch of design chic. A dual flat/ribbed Masterchef griddle is supplied as standard, with fully flat or fully ribbed versions available as optional extras.
