Although we do our best to make sure that the colours in images on our website are accurate, actual colours will vary. In addition, subtle colour differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in computer monitors and / or display cards.
We aim to dispatch goods within 7 days of your order where items are currently in stock. If you wish to check stock availability don’t hesitate to call us on 01568 611124 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to advise you.
On the occasion that items are out of stock we will call you back and advise on an expected delivery date or recommend alternative in stock products.
We always aim to provide our customers with excellent products and customer service.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any item please inform us by email on email@example.com within 7 working days after you have received your order.
If an item is faulty please contact us by email or telephone 01568 611124 within 48 hours.
When returning products please complete the Product Returns Form, enclosed with your order stating the reason for return and whether a replacement, exchange, credit note or refund is required. In the case of faulty goods we reserve the right to replace them.
Returned items should be unused and arrive in their original packaging and we suggest that you obtain proof of posting as we are unable to process any returns not received.
